Hosted by the Nansemond River High School DECA Chapter in partnership with The Obici House, C3 Concierge, and TD Capital Service Productions, this special event aims to ensure all students in the Hampton Roads, the Eastern Virginia Region, North Carolina, and beyond can attend prom with confidence!🎉

Our mission is to empower young ladies and their parents by providing the opportunity to select a beautiful prom dress without the burden of cost, ensuring that this special moment remains truly unforgettable.
