Still taking it all in.

I’m incredibly grateful to have served as a co-chair in the creation and development of our district’s first Behavioral Health Summit, Trailhead to Transformation.

This experience reminded me that meaningful work is rarely accomplished alone. It takes vision, collaboration, conversation, planning, and people who are willing to say, “Let’s build something better.”

This conference wasn’t about one person. It was about a team coming together with a shared purpose: strengthening the supports we provide to the students, families, and staff in our community.

I’m proud of what we accomplished, thankful for everyone who contributed, and already thinking about where this trail can lead next.
