KEYNOTE SPEAKER
The featured keynote speaker at this year's NCCC Film & Animation Festival is Chad Ridgely. Chad is a director, producer, actor, writer, and stand-up comedian. A regular performer on the national comedy circuit, Ridgely studied at The Groundlings Theatre, the improvisational company that spawned the careers of Will Ferrell, Phil Hartman, and Melissa McCarthy.
Chad is best known by horror fans for writing, starring, and producing the award-winning comedy horror films "Massacre on Aisle 12" and "6:66 PM." He has appeared in numerous film and television projects, including Quentin Tarantino’s "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood," "Red Letters," "Transmorphers: Mech Beasts," "Weedjies: Halloweed Night," and the animated feature "The Trouble with Terkel." Ridgely most recently wrote, produced and directed the award-winning horror thriller "Self Isolated" and the upcoming "Murder Van."
Chad will be screening his latest film, "Self Isolated," at 10 AM on the day of the festival.
