Around 2 a.m., West Palm Beach Police Officers responded to an altercation on the 300 block of Baker Drive. When officers arrived, a suspect opened fire, and one officer was struck.

Detectives have identified the shooter as 22-year-old Emmanuel Keevon Dashawn McRae — 5’11”, brown hair, brown eyes. McRae is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Better than buying new because it comes with a 30-month bumper to bumper warranty that BLOWS AWAY the factory warranty. Brakes are less than one year old and have been upgraded to Power Stop Complete Kit with red calipers, slotted and drilled rotors, and carbon fiber / ceramic brake pads.

All four tires are brand new General GMAX High Performance Tires, about one year old.

Some of the repairs recently done, like mentioned are still under warranty: entire new headlight assembly on the passenger side that was $1,600, dealer installed, new control arms and struts, new rear seat belts, and new passenger side seat mount. Brand new steering wheel was installed when I purchased from dealership. (About $3000 total)

I redid the entire wiper fluid lines from a cheap plastic to a heavy-duty rubber line system

Replaced the arms to the trunk to a heavy-duty version

Not only will you be receiving all the paperwork but if you look at the pictures of the trunk you will see that EVERYTHING that was upgraded and replaced will be included in sale. Underneath all the parts in the trunk you will find a custom trunk liner as well to help keep cargo area protected. ($125)

The Tazer unit I installed in the vehicle is included in sale. One of the best upgrades I did, basically turned an RT Plus into an SRT. As you can see by pictures it is running SRT modes, changing the font of the gauges, and expanded the performance pages, this is just the beginning of what the unit can enhance.

The exhaust is amazing, sounds strong and it is loud. But if that’s not your style and you want to put it halfway back to stock or fully back to stock it’s your choice. I will also include the contact information for the exhaust shop here in Stuart Florida that can do whatever you like. Again, all parts included.

This is a ten-year-old Pitch Black Exterior colored vehicle. While it is washed and waxed every other month, yes, the paint looks amazing from a distance. BUT up close you are going to find scratches, chips, and little dings, all consistent with a 10-year-old vehicle. RT Plus so it comes with the sunroof and as mentioned leather seats with AC and Heat. Heated steering wheel too. The sunroof drain lines were just cleaned out and the track was lubed as well.

Always ran synthetic oil through it, (records to confirm). As well as all scheduled maintenance. Not a single thing is out of place mechanically. It’s a10 out of 10. Has been a work horse and reliable, and yes, it’s a fast car, and yes it was opened up from time to time.

Included are two key fobs. One used with carbon fiber cover, one brand new ($125). Also, the vehicle has had an aftermarket remote start installed ($550). Will include information on local shop that did the install. I believe it has an upgrade option to have an app installed onto your phone to control the remote start as well, but I’m not entirely sure.

I am enclosing the CarFax report as well. You will see a great report on the car other than a Damage Report. This is NOT an accident. It was very minor damage. The original dealer whom I also purchased it from personally witnessed the event from original owner. He stated some moron tech pulled it off the lift too fast and damaged the front lower bumper and the owner was there to see it occur and made a big stink about it. Other vehicles VIN search companies don’t even show a damage report.

Remaining value of warranty about: $3,000.00

All the up-grades and modifications approximately $7,000.00 but I’m realistic, I know that upgrades and modifications are not going to hold value when selling used, so to recoup some of what I invested, I’ll cut it right in half, and call it $3500.00

Based off of these three factors the value easily would be OVER $24,000.00
I am asking $22,000.00 Do the math.
