Meet our Technique Camp Instructors!

My name is Lizzy and I’m 19 years old. I’ve lived in Streator my whole life and I will start my 2nd year at IVCC in the fall. I have danced at Just for Kix from the ages of 3 to 14 years old. I was also a member of the Streatorette dance team throughout my high school years. I have been trained in kick, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and pom. I have been the head lyrical coach at Just for Kix for the past year and a half along with assisting our mini age group. I have attended Just for Kix dance camps along with UDA dance camps and I couldn’t be more excited to share my knowledge with the dancers at this year’s summer camp!

Meet our Technique Camp Instructors-

Hi there! I’m Lexi, but most of our dancers know me as “Miss Lexi!” My husband and I have two kiddos- Bowen and Remi. We also have an English bulldog named Hefty. I started dance at the age of 3, joined JFK as a dancer in 2000 and started assisting and head instructing classes in 2006. I was a Streatorette for 4 years while serving as captain my Senior year. After high school I continued my dance career coaching the Streatorettes, developing and leading the JFK Jazz & Lyrical classes and working as a UDA camp staffer. Dance has always been my passion! I had to take a step back after having kids, but try to pop in when I can! I’m so excited to see everyone at summer technique camp!
