My Neurodivergent Nature is a collection of my own experiences but also that of many others. We tend to share common ways of being and doing things; little comforts, habits and strategies, preferences, practices and expressions.
I share to shed light on and give words to experiences that can be confusing and hard to understand with hope that it will contribute to a greater self understanding in others and give people the words to express who they are and how they operate best so they can more confidently advocate for themselves.
These different ways of being, thinking and behaving need to be better understood and normalized, so, in the interest of greater cultural integration I’m sharing them.
