Today, we celebrated my Aunt Kay! Happy 50th anniversary to her for being a leathercraft teacher for 50 years! Each of her students over all the years is submitting a 2"×10" strip of leather. Eventually, all the pieces will be put on her walls as trim, and she'll get to remember all her students each time she looks at them.
Kay taught me many different skills in my many years in 4H. I'm so very thankful to have had her as an influential leader growing up. I enjoy our time together and look up to her.

I chose to doodle and showcase multiple designs and hand drew all the carved pieces directly on the leather which was a fun, new accomplishment.
