I dipped into Fresno for a few hours yesterday to visit the hombu. I came back home last night after a fun get together. We sweated and visited. Been about a year and a half, since our last group get together. Been missing those black belt classes and lunches. The training never ends!!!

I was so exhausted today. I fell asleep for a couple of hours as soon as I came home. I wanted to sleep longer, but I had to prepare for today's classes. I will be competing in August again. Demo uniform just came today. Had to see how it looked on me. Not bad for 46 yrs of age. Believe in yourself; not the hype!
