G**os Andy and Jason had the privilege of teaching a De Fondo workshop to the Arkansas and Kentucky study groups today.

They covered De Fondo level 1 as well working on the formal strikes, warm-ups, and partner drills. Everyone did great and put the work in! Can't wait until we get income back and share more!
