4. Availability - All talent must commit themselves to full shoot days in Stockton on May 12th, 19th, 20th (2 Saturdays and a Sunday) and make themselves available for any additional B-roll, reshoots, etc.

Main Characters and Descriptions:
- Haydn - 19-25, sloppy hair, going to college for an art degree. Paints. Completely in love with Sarah.
- Sarah - 19-25, Theatre Arts major, adores Haydn. Takes center stage.
- Mom - late 40s, Haydn’s mother, she’s a hugger. Supportive and wants to see her son happy.
- John - 50s, Haydn’s father, very invested in Haydn’s future
- Tobi - 60s, soft brown eyes, has run the cafe his family owns for many years
- Old Man - 80s, just lost his wife
- Young Tobi - 12ish, soft brown eyes, works at the cafe
- Old Sarah - 80s, she appears to be sick

We would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased we are with the quality of scripts received for the challenge.
And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for...
We are proud to announce the script, “55 Years” selected was written by...Dalin Nelson!
He will be receiving a $100 Amazon gift card to use as he pleases (hopefully books for his education) and writing credit for producing this film, premiering at the 2nd annual Violette Film Festival in Merced as well as several others. Dalin is currently working with our producers and director to perfect “55 Years” for shoot dates in May, when he’ll be home from school to see his story and characters come to life.

The film competition we are entering will need writers starting TOMORROW.
Please email your interest to [email protected] and you’ll receive the rules for your script TOMORROW and need to have your script finished Monday, March 19th.
The production team will be choosing one script to film for the month of April!
