✨ The Y.E.T. Summit (Youth Empowered Today) is a FREE event designed to empower girls ages 12–17 through a day of inspiration, education, wellness, and fun!

This Principal’s Day, we proudly recognize our Secondary Principal, Ms. Scroope. Over the years, she has worn many hats at ABLE Charter, serving as a 1st grade teacher, Secondary Assistant Principal, Secondary Principal, and Athletic Director. In every role, she has created space for each student to learn, grow, and thrive.
Ms. Scroope’s commitment to truly knowing and supporting every student has created a culture where students feel safe and seen. Her focus on academic excellence, paired with expanding student opportunities, has empowered students to succeed not only during their time at ABLE, but well beyond graduation.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone—Mrs. Martin’s 10th year as our Elementary Principal at ABLE Charter! As our founding and only principal, she has been the heart and vision behind our school since the very beginning. Starting her journey at ABLE in 2014 as a 6th grade teacher, she stepped into leadership when our elementary school opened with fewer than 200 students.

Through her dedication and unwavering commitment to education, our school has grown to serve over 600 students today. More than just growth in numbers, Mrs. Martin has built a culture rooted in strong relationships and a deep belief in every child’s potential.

Her leadership has shaped an environment where students thrive, staff feel supported, and families feel connected. We are beyond grateful for her vision, passion, and 10 years of excellence at ABLE Charter. 💜
