It’s only been 10 years 🥊

After a long hiatus, in which I’ve done an MSc, completed a PhD, started a business and worked with some of the most incredible athletes

It’s time to have another go - turns out being around combat sports everyday gets the juices flowing again

We have less than 4-weeks to go

I’ve been training around the best people possible everyday

To bring the return of Seanchai on October 21st 🇹🇭
