A couple of our team members attended the Plant and Soil Science scholarship banquet last Thursday night! We are so proud of them and all of their accomplishments!

While not everyone could compete in the individual portion of the contest, a few of our team members were able to compete in the alternative portion of the contest! We are so proud of them and can’t wait to see what next semester has in store!

We seen some AMAZING soil profiles while in North Carolina! Including some very well developed Plinthite!

We had so much fun competing in the National Soil Judging Contest this week! We ended up 9th in the team judged pit! Thankful for everyone who made this opportunity possible, but a huge thank you to our team coach Daniel Adamson for giving up his time to teach us and bringing us to competitions like this one.

Day 4 is in the books! Today was a busy, so we didn’t get many pictures. Tomorrow is the individual competition! Wish us luck as we compete🤠
