Simply put, I believe we are here on earth to return to the knowing and embodiment of the love that we are. We are not separate from love. Part of this journey is clearing the illusions. Everything is a messenger and catalyst for us to remember that we are LOVE. Sometimes situations that present truly feel like a physical death and in a way it is. Death of the illusions and limitations. I feel as though I experience death and rebirth daily in this season of life. This does not negate or bypass the intensity of challenging situations however, from my perspective, it creates space for deeper alchemy.

PSA: Grief is sacred and holds deep wisdom if we listen. It’s okay to not be okay. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. Surrender and embrace what is. Give yourself grace, compassion, and love as you navigate the spectrum of this human experience. Lean into the paradox of life. Let nature and Spirit hold you.
