THE 9TH ADMINISTRATION | RETREAT RECAP

Vision. Brotherhood. Strategy. Momentum.

Our 9th Administration Chapter Retreat was more than a weekend together—it was an opportunity to align around the future of the Dulles-Leesburg (VA) Alumni Chapter and the work ahead.

From strategic conversations and planning to fellowship, laughter, and brotherhood, we left Baltimore with greater clarity, stronger connections, and a shared commitment to what we’re building together.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to the Baltimore (MD) Alumni Chapter and DC Alumni Chapter for the incredible fellowship and hospitality! The weekend was made even better by the opportunity to connect, fellowship, and build with our brothers.

The work has begun. The vision is clear.
Now, we build.

🎬 Press play and experience a few moments from the weekend!

📖 Impact in the Community 🔴👌🏾

The Brothers of the Dulles-Leesburg (VA) Alumni Chapter had the pleasure of visiting Guilford Elementary School to spend some quality time with their amazing kindergarteners!

We had the privilege of reading to the students from the books we sponsored for the entire Kindergarten classroom, written by the talented author Ada Ari (). Seeing the excitement and curiosity on the children’s faces reminded us exactly why we commit ourselves to inspiring the next generation.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Principal Tillman and the entire Guilford Elementary staff for welcoming us into their school with open arms—especially during what is undoubtedly a very busy time as the school year comes to a close. Thank you for your leadership and for partnering with us to champion early literacy!

Swipe to see some of the highlights from our visit! ➡️
