Dear Countryside Elementary Families,

To build school spirit and foster unity across our campus, each grade level will have its own designated color-coded school t-shirt this year. Students will wear these shirts throughout the school year for various events, including field trips, the Fun Run, Field Day, and other grade-level activities. Shirts will be distributed to students on the day of their first scheduled event or field trip.

T-Shirt Details & Payment Information:
• Cost: $6.00 per shirt
• Payment Methods:

o Exact Cash – Hand-delivered in a sealed envelope labeled with your student's name and teacher.

Because field trip dates vary throughout the year and several early events are already scheduled, we kindly ask families to submit payment as soon as possible so we can finalize orders ahead of our first outing.

T-Shirt Sponsorship / Donations: If you would like to sponsor a T-shirt for another student in need, please send cash or a check labeled "T-Shirt Donation" with your child.

We are using an online payment system to simplify the process and make things easier on our staff. Please click on or copy and paste this link
https://customer.kona-ice.com/ #/K417X8472751 into your browser or use the attached QR code to access the system.

* Once you hit the Place Your Order button, you will see two options to select from. Select the Kiddie Cup and hit the Add to Cart button. If you have more than one child attending the school, you would select the Kiddie cup option and add it to the cart once per child.

* Additionally, if you would like to provide a Kona for another student who may not be able to afford one, or multiple Konas, please select the "Pay It Forward" option, and select the number of Konas you wish to provide. You may purchase as many as you like. The same process is followed, select the Pay It Forward option and hit the Add to Cart button.

* Once you have selected the number of Konas you would like to purchase, select the Checkout button. You will then see a cost summary screen where you will click the Almost Done button. On the next page you will select your child's teacher from the dropdown list and insert your child's name. For Pay It Forward, just select your child's teacher and leave the student name blank.

* Please have your order in by 9:00 am on Friday, October 16th.
