✈️ A future in aviation can start right in the classroom.

Lively Aviation is proud to partner with Stephenville High School to offer Private Pilot Ground School, giving students the opportunity to build their aviation knowledge and explore where flying could take them.

We welcomed our first cohort this past spring, and we’re already gearing up for our next group of students in spring 2027!

The course introduces students to the knowledge behind becoming a private pilot—from weather and navigation to aircraft systems and flight planning. Whether they dream of an aviation career or simply want to learn to fly, this is a meaningful first step.

Thank you to Stephenville High School for investing in opportunities for local students, and to the families who helped make our first cohort possible. We’re excited to keep building this program together!

✈️ What can you actually do with a Cirrus?

More than most people realize.

Personal aviation isn’t just about learning to fly—it’s about changing what’s possible.

A Cirrus can turn:

🚗 A 5–6 hour drive into a 1–2 hour flight
🏖️ A weekend getaway into something you can actually do for the weekend
🏢 A long business travel day into breakfast at home and dinner back with your family
🏈 A road trip to a game into an afternoon flight
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A family vacation into part of the adventure
🌎 Hundreds of destinations into places that suddenly feel a whole lot closer

And you don’t have to grow up dreaming about becoming an airline pilot to do it.

You can learn to fly for yourself.

Modern aircraft like the Cirrus SR20 and SR22T combine advanced avionics, incredible capability, and safety features like the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System—make personal aviation more approachable than many people realize.

At Lively Aviation in Granbury, we can take you from your very first flight all the way to becoming a confident Cirrus pilot.

The question isn’t just “Why learn to fly?”

It’s…

Where would you go if a 5-hour drive became a 90-minute flight?

🎉✈️ CFI CHECKRIDE PASSED! ✈️🎉

A huge congratulations to Kash on officially earning his Certified Flight Instructor certificate!

What makes this one especially exciting is that Kash has been with Lively Aviation from Private Pilot all the way through CFI. We’ve had the opportunity to watch him grow from a brand-new student pilot into a professional aviator now qualified to teach the next generation of pilots.

That kind of grit takes consistency, discipline, and a lot of hard work!

Congratulations, Kash — we’re proud of everything you’ve accomplished and excited to see what comes next!
