Growth is not a one-and-done event. Triggers can come up anytime, anywhere and without warning.

It's OK. You can do the work that provides the tools to navigate those triggers.

Then they become a moment to work through instead of an event that ruins your day and pulls you out of alignment from your divine power and results in stress and anxiety.

But when this happens nothing has gone wrong and you haven't flunked personal/spiritual growth.

All is well. You have the tools. You have the power. You are still a God particle in human form.

You straighten your crown and carry on. ❤️💪👑

I said what I said.

The classic excuse of "staying for the kids" is crap.

Kids don't want miserable, angry, fighting parents.

Kids want parents who make the tough choices that need to be made in order to be at peace with themselves and their lives. This results in an increased capacity to be way more present as a parent. A much happier parent!

Self-love = not staying where you're miserable. Period. ✌️

It could very well require that, yes.

Is it possible, though? Feasible? Doable?

100% YES.

Will partnering with a coach make the process smoother? Maybe accelerate it?
