I’ve donated one of my favorite framed archival fine art photographs, “Steamboat Lake Evening,” to the Routt County Democratic Party’s Voices to Votes Fundraiser. All proceeds from the auction will go to to this fundraiser. I’m proud to be a member of this fantastic organization that is working to turn voices to votes for our community’s future. Democracy will live on because we are all working together! We can and will make a difference!

Joel Schulman and I are having a great time leading our Strabo Photo Tour Collection trip in the Galápagos! We had four wonderful days on the mainland, staying Nono Villa Doris by Inca Holidays. Now we’re aboard the fabulous Anahi Vessel in the Galapagos. The blue footed b***y and great frigatebird are just two of the fabulous animals that we’ve seen so far.

A week ago on Saturday night, Joel Schulman and I attended the closing reception of the Texas Photographic Society’s 38th Annual Members Show at the Abilene Center for Contemporary Arts in Abilene, Texas. I’m honored to have my photograph, “Laundry,” to be one of the 50 chosen for this beautiful show. It was a great night, meeting the other artists, and also Chris Ireland, Executive Director of TPS, and Steve Goff, President of the Board of Directors. Thank you to all who made this show extra special. (My photograph is upper right of me). Also, I highly recommend anyone who loves photography to join this excellent organization, no matter where you live!
