In February, Sacred Circles will explore a two-part teaching that’s meant to be experienced together. On February 8, we’ll focus on acceptance - what it actually is (and isn’t), how it calms the nervous system, and how peace comes from ending the fight with reality. On February 22, we’ll build from that foundation and explore what it means to trust life as a teacher - learning how to meet what’s unfolding with presence, discernment, and self-trust rather than fear or control. Each circle stands on its own, but together they offer a deeper shift: first creating inner stability, then learning how to respond to life from that grounded place. If you’re feeling tired of pushing, fixing, or trying to get it “right,” these two Sundays are an invitation to relate to your life differently.
