Planning a fundraiser on campus? 💰 All student organization fundraisers hosted on campus must be submitted through Eagle Space and include detailed information for approval. Requests MUST be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the event — and earlier is strongly encouraged. There are NO last minute reservations for fundraisers! Be sure to review the full fundraising policies in the Student Org Handbook located in the Resource Center (linked in our bio) before hosting your event.

Before you host your next meeting or event, make sure your space is reserved correctly. ✔️ Important things to note:
- Only Org Officers can reserve space on campus.
- Organizations must be in active status with the University to reserve space on campus.
- If your org is having issues with reserving space, please reach out to our office for assistance.
- All requests are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and fundraisers cannot be requested last minute.
