Over the past week, Agricultural Educators from across the state gathered at Tulpehocken Area High School for the annual summer conference. During the week, our members attended numerous professional development workshops to continue to acquire knowledge to share with our students.
We also did industry visits at various business across the area to learn about agriculture in the area. Businesses toured included:
Seltzer’s Smokehouse Meats
Redeye Rodeo Company
Cabela’s
Geissler Tree Farms
Finally, we conducted business sessions and committee work for the association.
Thank you to Amy Garber, Erin Mahoney, and the rest of the conference planning committee for putting on a wonderful conference. We would also like to thank the 2026-2027 Pennsylvania State FFA Officer Team for all their help throughout the week.
Finally, thank to the Tulpehocken Area School District and Tulpehocken Area High School for hosting our conference.
