The members of PSATA go into local 6th grade classrooms once a month and promote awareness of bullying, violence, and abuse in domestic and sexual situations.
Penn State Athletes Take Action is a program in which Penn State student-athletes visit local middle schools to lead discussions with students about the dangers of bullying. We talk to the kids about how to prevent, report, and take action against all of those things. We partner with the Centre County Women's Resource Center to create lesson plans for all the materials use and activities we do wit

This morning we had our first Athletes Take Action event at Park Forest Middle School. We are so excited to spread our campaign against bullying to another middle school in State College!
