Exams, deadlines, the holidays or the end of the semester/year got you stressed out? Join us for our November Stress Management program THIS WEDNESDAY, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m. at the Sanderson Center Conference Room (turn right after entering Sanderson). 

Patricia Heflin, Onsite Wellness Coach for ActiveHealth, will walk us through how to manage our stress during this busy season. 😩🙀

We will end the program with a walk around Chadwick Lake or the Sanderson Center indoor walking track. The program is open to all PRAM members, students, and guests.
