Ashley was at this train-the-trainer event yesterday! This means that, in addition to all first year students being trained as Level 1 Paraeducators, all second year students will be trained as Level 2 Paraeducators next year.

These training bootcamps equip students (and current paraeducators) with knowledge and strategies that will empower them in their work in our local classrooms. This is a great opportunity for Educational Careers students!

What happens when passionate educators come together to strengthen support for paraeducators across Michigan? Collaboration, learning, and a whole lot of impact!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the MAASE Paraeducator Trainer Conference yesterday. Participants spent the day building their skills as trainers in a variety of subjects, all with a shared goal: equipping paraeducators to better support students across our state.

We're grateful for the growing network of trainers who are helping expand high-quality professional learning opportunities and empowering paraeducators with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. 💙
