Last night was incredible! 🍕✨ We had an amazing time at for our monthly pizza class.
We met so many wonderful people, shared lots of pizza, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the amazing reviews and support.
We’re also excited to announce two new additions to our classes:
⭐️ A Monthly Seasonal Dessert
Starting now, every class will include a surprise dessert made with seasonal ingredients. The dessert will change every month, giving you something new to look forward to each time you join us.
⭐️ Seasonal Italian Sodas
We’ll also be offering handcrafted seasonal Italian sodas as an add-on. You’ll be able to purchase them in advance when buying your class ticket. We highly recommend reserving yours ahead of time to make sure we have one ready for you!

Today we were on Good Morning Connecticut 📺 celebrating World Cocktail Day! 🍸✨

Last night we were part of 2nd Hackaton at the Synchrony Skills Academy.
This was such an incredible experience and the team exceeded our expectations with the AI solution! Can’t wait to implement it.

MEET THE TEAM MONDAY 🍕🍸
Behind every Everything Dough experience is a duo that brings flavor, fire, and a whole lot of heart.
Alexandra “Ale” is the co-founder of Everything Dough and Culinary Director at Fiero Group. Her pizza classes are equal parts education and entertainment — designed to make you feel confident, creative, and completely in love with the craft of pizza.
Her background includes serving as Culinary Lead at Sur La Table, instructor at Hudson Table, training at The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges, and Head Chef at Pizzeria Magpie in Montreal.
In 2025, Ale was named one of “10 Latino Pizza Chefs to Watch” by PMQ Magazine.
You’ve probably seen Edgar by her side — managing the oven, the flow, and the vibes. Now it’s his turn to shine.
Edgar is a professional mixologist whose experience includes Fontina, The Inn at Pound Ridge, opening speakeasies in Montreal, and the Park Terrace Hotel in New York. In 2025 his Manhattan cocktail was selected as one of the best by Eater Magazine — and yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
Together, Ale and Edgar turn every event into a full-sensory experience — handcrafted pizza, elevated cocktails, and unforgettable energy.
