Your energy has tides.

Oscillation is the back-and-forth movement of a system around its equilibrium point. Frequency is how fast that movement cycles, counted in Hertz. Resonance happens when one oscillating system amplifies another tuned to a matching frequency, the way a struck tuning fork sets an identical fork sounding beside it without ever touching it.

Rhythmic Intelligence is what becomes available when you stop treating your own oscillation as something to correct. Some seasons you are at high water. Other seasons the tide pulls back, and the shoreline shows you what it has been holding all along. Same body, same cycle, different point in the turn.

Chanting traditions and sound therapy were working with this long before anyone had the word Hertz for it.

Perhaps you've felt it, just as I have — a quiet pull toward something deeper. A whisper in the rustle of leaves, an invitation in the stillness before dawn. A sense that the world is speaking, if only your senses, beyond the main five, were tuned, once again, to it's frequency.

This is not a new skill to acquire. It is a remembering. A return to an older way of being — where perception extends beyond thought, where the body knows what the mind has forgotten.
