Today TOK 1 students (in person and streaming) are exploring the 12 key concepts of Theory of Knowledge. We are excited to see them apply and connect this knowledge across all classes as they progress through the Programme. @ Stamford High School

Congratulations Gianna Saviano for committing to Bucknell University. Being recruited to a top school is no small accomplishment and we can’t wait to hear about all the incredible things you do with your new Row Team and in your classes. We know you will bring the same light, work ethic and amazing attitude to Bucknell! We are so proud of you!

Admission interviews into the IB Diploma Programme are underway and we could not be more excited for the diversity that each candidate is bringing to the table. What an incredible cohort this will be!

Internal Assessment work is in full swing in IB History HL 2. Students are working on their chosen topic with the support of Ms. Martin as they progress through their inquiry and research. We love seeing our students take ownership of their learning and seeing our teach support them in that role!

Sophomores don’t miss your last chance to apply for a Programme that develops you as a person and prepares you for college! Our emphasis on collaboration and student based learning will allow you to understand your classes and to think more critically about the word around you! Applications are due Friday. Congratulations to Daniel Sarria for winning the first every Quarterly Learner Profile Trait Award! Daniel was nominated by Senora Rich for his excellence in the area of balance. Daniel not only excels in school but is also a member of the Boys Track Team. Daniel was one of ten nominees and was voted winner by teachers in the IB Programme. We are so proud of you!

Mask or no mask, the smiles are evident in Research Foundations as Mrs. Gillin builds student confidence while developing their skills. Today students work collaboratively with source material to collect and organize evidence on Google Jamboard!
