The BMC staff completed their CPR certification because looking out for our learners means being prepared for whatever comes our way.

Families we need your help.
We are hiring a Learning Coach at BELIEVE Middle College.

Our scholars are young people who've been overlooked and are ready to get back on track toward graduation. The Learning Coach is the steady adult who walks that path with them every day.
In this role, you'll:
•Keep scholars engaged and moving toward graduation
•Track progress and step in with support before anyone falls behind
•Blend classroom management, academic coaching, and progress monitoring.
You're not the teacher of record — you're the familiar face scholars count on.

We're looking for:
•A degree in education, youth development, or a related field (preferred)
•Experience with high school–aged or young adult learners, ideally in alternative or online education
•Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
•A commitment to re-engaging students who've fallen behind on credits
