It’s a frenzy of freshman activity in the high school today as the Class of 2030 spend the morning in orientation. They’ll get to know their upperclassmen Cats Crew leaders, tour the building and have an opportunity to check out the activities fair before heading home to prepare for their first day on Aug. 24!

Class of 2027! Get excited! Your first official activity of your senior year is this Thursday! Register by tomorrow for the College Prep Camp—a free event designed to help incoming seniors jumpstart the college application process.

Who needs coffee when you can get a parking pass?! Any student planning to drive to AHS must have one. Head to the AHS website to fill out the Google form, then head to Infinite Campus to complete your purchase. Passes will be distributed beginning August 24th, so don't snooze and lose your spot! 😴

Join the Affton High School Class of 2027 for our College Prep Camp on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm in the AHS Library. This informative event is designed to guide incoming seniors through the college application process, featuring college representatives and AHS alumni as advisors. Take advantage of this complimentary opportunity, which includes lunch, by registering using the Google Form on the AHS Website.

The AHS Bowling Club is looking for new bowlers to join the 2026/2027 season. The high school bowling season begins in October, but they are already at the lanes practicing! Eligible bowlers are 8th graders-Seniors and no previous experience is required. If you are interested, head to the AHS website to complete a Google form to let us know.

The 2026 Yearbook Spring Supplements have arrived. If you purchased a yearbook, you may come to the office (M-F 6:30-3:00) and see Ms. Dierker or Mrs. Anderson to pick yours up.

With the busy schedule at the end of the school year, we missed a couple spring sports celebrations! Our Track & Field stars crushed it at the MSHSAA State Track Meet. For pictures and more details check out the AHS Athletics page.
