How lucky are we!? Coach Prange was awarded our 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year Award this morning. Our students were so excited to cheer him on down the halls. Coach Prange’s positivity, joy, and love for all students can be felt everyday in our building. Thanks for being such a big part of what makes us great!

Out of an abundance of caution, Ladue Schools will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

This was a very difficult decision, but as always, the safety of our students and staff remains our top priority. While our maintenance and facilities teams have done a terrific job clearing our parking lots and walkways, many of our side streets remain unsafe.

Please remember that when are schools are closed, our Right at School program is also canceled.

The FGC staff spent the morning of our PD day led by teachers from our very own building doing learning around the executive functioning domains that affect our students (and adults!) while brainstorming ways we are already supporting these areas and what we can do to bring in new ideas!

Our students rock! Congratulations to Finley for winning the St. Louis County Public Health poster contest! Finley was 1 of only 13 students to receive this honor out of over 770 submissions. Way to go! Thank you to Mrs. Roth for helping to facilitate!

We are so thankful for our Ladue Fifth Grade Center Association! Our staff was treated to a variety of teas and biscottis for the week. Thank you for such a fun treat!

What a wonderful day of collaboration with Representative Ray Reed (Missouri House, District 83). We appreciate his time spent at the FGC along with his vision for our school communities. We are Ladue! 💙

Security had to be called to the Ladue Fifth Grade Center earlier today… to mediate a lighthearted rivalry between principals! 😄

Dr. Patricia Wilson is still recovering after Conway Elementary, led by Dr. Thomas Devitt, claimed this year’s #1 spot in the Niche rankings. But she’s not going down without a rematch — the annual kickball game is already circled on the calendar! 👟💥

“We are going to at least win our kickball game back this year," exclaimed Dr. Wilson. "Congratulations to Dr. Devitt and his dynamic Conway staff. Congrats to everyone at LHWHS, LMS, Spoede, Reed, and Old Bonhomme! What an honor it is to work in such a distinguished school district with top-performing schools. We are Ladue!!!”
