Tilt and Squint Studio

Hey friends,

As some of you already know, Amanda was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. To say that this news turned our world upside down would be the understatement of the year.

In order to do everything we planned and more, we must ask for help. As independent women, this pains us but as women who are reminded of our humanity and the reality of our limitations asking for help seems logical and necessary.

We would love to continue and grow the Studio’s presence in the community. While we have additional exciting plans for income, we have to recognize the realities of a brick-and-mortar location, its expenses, and our limitations during this time and humbly tap your humanity for help.

Inspired by the love for life and the unstoppable energy of Mea's Mom, we're hosting a weekly Senior Gathering.

Calling all community members over the age of 55 to join us for a hump-day, morning get-together in our cozy Studio. Bring a project of your own (crochet, knitting, needlepoint, cross stitch, drawing, coloring, painting) or start one with us!

Enjoy a cup of tea, good company, pleasant conversations, and get creative!

Our Women’s Circle is a welcoming, judgment-free space where women come together to connect, share, and support one another.

What to Expect:
* Heartfelt conversations and shared experiences
* A nurturing community of like-minded women
* Participation in our Women Together art project

Let’s de-stress, uplift each other, and create a meaningful connection - we all need it.

Please note: our Studio is a shoe-free environment, everyone is expected to take their shoes off, so plan accordingly. We recommend comfortable clothing.

Every parent needs some support and reassurance. We aspire to encourage recognition of glimmers, goals, and harmony to enrich your home life.

Creations will include "Glimmer Jars" and "Harmony Branches"
for family enjoyment.

Explore texture and color, gaining inspiration from the weekly theme and the supplies provided.

Enjoy a day of crochet, create a yarn painting, collage textiles, the possibilities abound.

This event is for grown-ups and kiddos. Grown-ups don't need a kiddo to join, but kiddos need a grown-up! We recommend ages 6 and up but all ages are welcome.

Please book a spot for everyone coming to the Studio: kiddos, as well as their grown-ups. We believe creating together is valuable. This event is designed to be multigenerational.

Together Time will explore ways to pause and play with your kiddo/s. For some of us, that is a daunting task. We are here to share ideas, learn from your experiences, and create a space to facilitate playing together.

Studio activities will vary but every session will provide you with take home tools. We want to encourage future enriching experiences.

Examples of Studio activities include story time, play dough, puppet making, and collaging.

A grown-up over the age 18 must accompany the kiddo/s and remain on site for the duration of the class. Grown-ups are creating~learning~sharing, together with their kiddo/s.

Older siblings are welcome to attend. Playing together does not end at the age of five and we are here to help gently guide the practice of playing together. Please book a spot for all kiddos attending.
