If you live in Missouri in the vicinity of the Saint Charles Community College (Cottleville), I’d like to make you aware of a wonderful opportunity – that of attending a Pilates class, unique and personalized: among other things - no robotic impersonal machines, called reformers. No, a private teacher, passionate about delivering one hour at a time, with patience, kindness and precision, the best rewards of a PILATES CLASS… I joined, and after several sessions, I feel compelled to invite you to join me. Here are the details for next sessions:
Name: Classical Pilates
Where: St. Charles Community College (Cottleville), Recreation Centre, Room 203
When: Monday and Wednesday, 10:30 AM -11:30 AM, starting January 5, 2026 until February 2, 2026 ($98.00)
Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, starting January 6, 2026 until February 24, 2026 ($105.00)
Mrs. Theo Feeney is very understanding and flexible (the latter in all meanings of the word!) and so respectful of any difficulty you may have while she teaches you. The room is spacious with helpful mirrors. You only need a mat and Pilates mini socks (optional).
You can call the College at 636 922 8233 and ask to enroll to one of the above-mentioned classes.
You can say that you found out from Mrs. Lina Takacs, also a student (and teacher at SCCC for over 25 years).

Kim (Oaks) TAKACS is my son Axel’s wife and the loving mother of 2 of my grandsons. We (Ingrid and I) had the pleasure to spend several days with them after a very nice Thanksgiving family gathering in Connecticut with Kim’s parents. I must add that prior to that we also had the joy to share some wonderful days with Hugo, Michelle and their children in Brooklyn. Ingrid and I have been blessed.
I have already shared several posts from Axel and Kim, but I wanted to reach out to all of you my friends to invite you to buy Kim’s first book dedicated entirely to children, and originally inspired by Emery two years ago who rightfully reacted to a story heard at school…
