Our Wildcats spent the morning getting settled into their new classrooms, meeting new classmates, and reconnecting with friends before coming together for our opening chapel. 🏫✨

At chapel, we introduced this year’s theme: Rooted in Christ, based on Colossians 2:6-7. We discussed our identity as Christians and how everything we do comes from Jesus, who died and is risen for us. ✝🌱

As we begin this new school year, we pray that our students continue to grow in faith, stand strong in Christ and let their roots grow deep in Him.

We’re so excited for all that God has in store for this school year! Welcome back, Wildcats! 🐾💛

Summer break may be ending, but the fun keeps rolling on! ☀🏖

Our next Youth Group event is our Summer Send-Off, THIS SATURDAY at 3pm in the Youth Room! We’ll spend time in God’s Word and enjoy games and snacks. Bring some friends and let’s make the last days of summer count. Open to Salem youth grades 5-12. ✨

Last night's Back-to-School BBQ was a HUGE success! We had an incredible turnout and loved seeing so many of our Salem families together. We were having so much fun that we barely had time to take pictures! 😂

A BIG thank you to the Salem Men's Club for volunteering their time to cook, to all of our wonderful volunteers who helped serve the food, and to the vendors who joined us and helped make the evening so special. We couldn't have done it without you. 💛

We can't wait to welcome our Wildcats back for another year of learning, growing, serving and making memories together. ✨

Teachers spent Thursday morning completing a Lutheran Educator Academy course offered through CPH. What a great opportunity for unity and spiritual growth!

Our Wildcat Sports Council has also been hard at work planning for the upcoming Wildcat sports seasons!

We are so grateful for our Salem staff, volunteers and community who make our school one of a kind! We can’t wait to share what we’ve been up to as we prepare for another amazing school year! 🐾💛
