We have TWO work anniversaries to celebrate today! 🎉

Please join us in celebrating our Program Managers Layla Boehlein and Sophie Baker.

Layla joined our team in 2022 after graduating from Missouri State University. In addition to DSL, she serves on the St. Louis Attractions Association board. Layla says that her favorite thing about St. Louis is going to a concert or to a St. Louis Blues game! Over the years she has made a lot of memories, but her favorite DSL memories are when we're all working together as a team.

Sophie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2022 and joined our team shortly after. Outside of DSL, she serves as the Director of Special Events on the MPI board. Sophie's favorite part of St. Louis is Forest Park and all of the activities inside. One of Sophie's favorite DSL memories is her first day of work when she started on the same day as Layla.

We are so grateful to have them both on our team. Thank you ladies for all your hard work! ❤

Back in March, we welcomed our new Sales and Event Coordinator, Rebecca Bauer! 🎉

Rebecca is a St. Louis native and a proud Mizzou alum. Rebecca says her favorite thing about St. Louis is the strong sense of community and the pride that St. Louisans have for their city.

She brings a strong background in communications and marketing to the team. Rebecca is enthusiastic and eager to learn about her new role. We are so excited to see what she can do! ❤

We’re thrilled to welcome Kristi Leitner to the team as our new Program Coordinator! With a strong background in hospitality and a passion for hands-on work, Kristi supports our operations team by bringing events and logistics to life. Outside of work, she’s a busy mom of three and enjoys time with her husband and family—making her no stranger to balancing it all with a smile. We’re so excited to have her join us!

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone—27 years of dedication, leadership, and hard work by our Owner & President, Angie Weigel!

Angie is truly the backbone of our organization. As a fearless leader and logistics guru, she brings clarity to complexity, calm to chaos, and inspiration to our entire team. Her vision, guidance, and unwavering commitment are the reasons we continue to thrive and grow year after year.

We quite simply couldn’t do what we do without her. Thank you, Angie, for 27 amazing years of leadership and counting—we’re so lucky to follow your lead! ❤️

Last week we celebrated two work anniversaries at DSL! 🎉

Cheers to Pam McGrath, our incredible Business and Operations Manager, who marked 31 years of dedication—overseeing staffing for all our programs and being the glue that keeps our office grounded, motivated, and running smoothly every day.

We also celebrated Taylor Springer’s 1-year anniversary and are happy to share that she was recently promoted to Sales and Event Manager! Taylor has been a tremendous help on our sales team with outstanding growth and enthusiasm that elevate our team and company.
