Dr. Wacyk giving a clinic to the Franklin County High School Band (from Indiana) this morning. They spent the day in St. Louis yesterday seeing the Arch, City Museum and had a stop at Six Flags. Rest assured none of those experiences were as exciting as their early morning clinic today. :)
In all seriousness, we do love when bands and orchestras stop by to see us!!

Congratulations to the UMSL Wind Ensemble on a captivating concert last night! The performance featured Dr. Bethany Worrell, Soprano and a new UMSL-commissioned work. Bravo!

On Friday, 3/6, UMSL Chamber Winds and voice students performed the music of Kurt Weill at the St. Louis Art Museum, as part of the “Always Modern” German Avant Garde exhibit. Bravo to all!
