Here's the thing nobody tells educators transitioning to network marketing: it's not just about the comp plan. It's about having the right structure.

I've seen many jump into "exciting" teams with no systems—no onboarding, routines, or real coaching—and burn out fast. Not due to a lack of effort, but because they lacked support.

The right team mirrors a good school setup:

→ Structure: A clear path from day one, so you know what's next.
→ Routines: Daily/weekly rhythms that transform motivation into habits.
→ Systems: Tools that work, whether you're experienced or new.
