✨ Staff Spotlight ✨
Today we’re highlighting Director of Human Resources and Mission Integration Katie Griffin! In addition to managing all things HR, Katie helps staff to stay connected to the mission, vision, and values at the heart of our services. We’re so grateful for her steady leadership!
💬 “One of the most rewarding parts of my role is visiting classrooms and watching our students interact with JoJo, our St. Joseph pet therapy dog. Seeing them practice communication, listening, and turn-taking skills and both inspiring and incredibly fun. Experiencing these moments firsthand deepens my connection to our mission and helps me more effectively support our team through my work in Human Resources and Mission Integration.”

🤝 We love connecting with organizations across the LSL field!
This week, members of the DeVault Research Lab stopped by for a tour of our Indianapolis preschool. Housed at the Indiana University School of Medicine, DeVault researchers focus on how hearing amplification and technology impacts quality of life in children and adults.
