A big thank you to the PNC Retail Sales team for helping beautify our outdoor spaces this spring! Their team refreshed both playgrounds and prepared our classroom gardens for a new season of fresh fruits and vegetables through our Seed to Table program.

This project was especially meaningful for PNC team member Tyler Walker, whose mother spent many years as an educator at UCCC and whose siblings attended the center. We love seeing that connection come full circle as he helps create outdoor spaces that will support the next generation of learners.

We’re continually grateful for PNC’s partnership as a sponsor of our school year and for their hands-on support in getting us ready for the summer months!

A huge thank you to Lawlor Corporation and Vice President Michael Lawlor, a proud UCCC parent, for their work in bringing our new greenhouse to life on the Adventure Playground!

After several years without one, this greenhouse is a game-changer for our Seed to Table program. Thanks to their partnership and craftsmanship, our children will have even more opportunities to learn, grow and connect with where their food comes from, planting fruits and vegetables that will one day be part of their meals.
We’re so grateful for their support and investment in hands-on learning!

As you know, we've been celebrating literacy lately here at UCCC. We're continuing the fun by challenging the entire UCCC community to a 5000 Books Before Summer Camp Reading Challenge!

Keep track of all of the books you and your little one read together with your personal reading tracker. We'll be keeping track in our classrooms as well. Enjoy your reading!
