Floods in northwest Iowa and surrounding areas have resulted in the loss of countless homes and businesses in the past few days. Particularly hard hit has been the city of Spencer, Iowa, much of which is currently underwater. Spencer hosted over 1,000 of us at our family reunion in 2016. Many members of our extended family live in this area and have been affected.
