Now in his 14th year teaching middle school, the Grand Center Arts Academy Vocal Music Instructor is inspired by the teacher who once made him feel seen, known, and valued.

Seniors explored college applications, financial aid, scholarships, and graduation plans. The journey wrapped up with an exciting campus tour at Harris-Stowe State University—an inspiring step towards life after graduation!

We kicked off the first Friday of the school year by bringing students, families, and staff together for our annual GCAA Back to School BBQ, complete with hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and plenty of great music. 🍔🎶
The soundtrack was courtesy of some serious GCAA Creative Genius! Eighth grader and DJ extraordinaire Brycen Sykes kept the tunes coming throughout the event, showing everyone that his talent behind the turntables is the real deal! 🎧
Great food, great music, and a great school community. It’s going to be an incredible year at GCAA!
