Thinking about reopening the school in a home setting in Festus. Anyone looking for childcare or know someone looking for childcare?

We have decided to go ahead and accept up to 3 infants under the age of 2. This allows for the remaining classroom to be 2-6 years old. Please call to set up an appointment to come look at the school and get more details.

A piece of equipment from the sensorial station. The children use their hands to place rubber bands on the pegs to create their own designs.

A piece from the language station. This introduces the child to writing. There are numerous ways to use these pieces. The child can learn to trace, shade, and add multiple shapes to one paper.

A piece of the geography station. A continent puzzle with labels for learning. The children learn all the continents through song. Once this is mastered the child receives a soft ball with all of the continents.

Our pink tower. I classic piece of Montessori equipment. The children absolutely love this!

AT THE SCHOOL NOW! Come by and take a look at our Montessori style classroom. Located at 1217 N Truman in Crystal. We are right next door to Miracle Ear and just before the self service car wash. There are no electronics in the school...i.e. television. This is a very structured environment with 6 stations: botany, mathematics, language, practical life, and sensory. I have set aside some equipment from each station and placed information regarding the equipment next to it. We will be here til 7pm tonight.

Our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony that was scheduled for this Monday at 3 pm will be rescheduled. I will post the new date and time as soon as I get an update from the Chamber of Commerce. Sorry for any inconvenience.
