I haven’t been able to workout like I want to at all since I’m still healing from the MDK Project.

I shouldn’t have been working out the way I was (I did anyways) made my injuries worse, and am now dealing with the consequences (ikr what’s new)

It’s good to have different ways to exercise
Ex: boxing, weight lifting, yoga etc

It’s also good to have different ways of coping with and reducing stress.

Listen to your body, listen to your mind. Work your plan and adjust when you need to

Bend, don’t break.

Congrats to Dana my client for closing on her new condo today!

We connected, went to see 2 homes then had a strategy sesh. Dana decided that the second condo we saw was the one for her.

We wrote an offer the same day, got it accepted the next day. 🔥

Dana got the home she wanted, great terms including over $10,000 in seller paid closing costs.

We walked away from the closing table with keys to her new home and a big smile 😁
