Today is day 4 of my new yoga & meditation cycle, which also means it’s day 40 of continuous practice. It’s not about being perfect, but these are things I enjoy that truly add to my quality of life. Getting back to daily sadhana has been a reminder of how important rhythm is to me. My last streak was 261 days!😮 Working my way back to you babe...

Next, I'll be focusing on getting back to daily journaling; I find it to be a game changer. Probably why I've been resisting it this past month.🤦🏾 Such is life.

Right now, I’m wrapping up Surya Kriya, a practice designed to cultivate “sun energy” in the body—perfect for the colder months when we need that extra warmth and vitality.

33 days in...progress unfolding.

I’m deep into my current Kundalini yoga set & meditation, and the power & beauty of consistency is freeing. The more I show up for myself each day, the more these practices become a natural part of my routine. Gentle guiding me to the rhythm of life that moves me to stay centered, grounded, and connected to my joy.

This Sunday, I’ll be stepping into a new 40-day practice to carry me into my birthday, and I’d love to invite anyone feeling called to join me. Everyone deserves happiness and fulfillment, but the path to get there isn’t the same for everyone. Traditional talk therapy can be a powerful tool, but for some, it may not feel like the right fit or go deep enough to access what truly needs to be processed. My approach offers another way in.

I have a master’s degree in counseling from Webster University, and I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master, and Brainspotting practitioner. My work blends these disciplines to offer a holistic approach that reaches beyond traditional talk therapy, helping clients access healing on a deeper level. Together, we work with the places where emotions, memories, and patterns are held. The process isn’t always easy, but it is possible. The only requirement is a willingness to show up for yourself.
