Chaminade Bands

Looking for something musical to do over the summer? You should attend the Chaminade Band Camp June 22-26! We will work on a variety of skills throughout the week and then our on a short concert to conclude camp. We hope to see you there!

We had a great night at the Bandquet earlier this week!! Sharing a meal together and celebrating the accomplishments of our band guys is the perfect way to end the school year!!

Still can’t get over how well all of the bands performed at the Spring Band Concert last week!! It’s amazing how much they have accomplished this year. We are blessed with some talented and hard working young men! Well done, gentlemen!

Spring Jazz Concert 2026 is in the books! All of the jazz groups played very well. Our guest artist, Tom Rickard, was wonderful as well! Everyone in attendance also helped Mrs. Meyer celebrate her birthday lead by some members of the MS Jazz Band. What a great night!! We will see everyone Tuesday for rhe Spring Band Concert!

Congratulations to Ben Fischer ‘26, John Morgan ‘27, and Justin Wingbermuehle ‘29 on their performances at State Solo Festival today! All three of these young men sounded great and represented themselves well. Ben and Justin both received a Gold rating for their solo, and John received a Bronze rating. Well done, gentlemen!!

Wind Ensemble continued the winning vibes for Chaminade today with a fantastic performance at the State Band Festival sponsored by MSHSAA. Wind Ensemble received an Exemplary rating, which is the highest rating possible. Great job, gentlemen!

Congratulations to for being the State Champs!! What a great game!! Thanks to the Red Devil Drumline for hyping up the student section and cheering on the team. Wonderful job tonight!

Three of our band members performed at the SIUE Bi-State Honor Band Festival this weekend! The guys auditioned for this group in December and were chosen to attend the festival Friday evening and all day Saturday. They put on a fantastic concert at the end of the festival! Congrats on a job well done, gentlemen!

Congratulations to James Gage '28 on once again earning All-State Jazz Band honors! James will head to the Lake of the Ozarks at the end of the month to practice and perform with the entire All-State band.
