🍎 Supporting New Teachers. Investing in Our Students. ❤️

LSFEE was proud to welcome every new Lake Shore teacher this year with a $100 grant to spend on a classroom item of their choice!

At Violet Elementary, new PE teacher Kirsten Schapman put her grant toward new soccer balls for her students. ⚽

“Thank you Lake Shore Foundation for the money towards new soccer balls for our soccer unit!” — Kirsten Schapman

This is just one example of how your donations to LSFEE go directly back into our schools, helping teachers bring new resources, experiences, and opportunities to Lake Shore students.

🎨 YOUR DONATIONS AT WORK! ❤️

Thanks to the generosity of our LSFEE donors, students at Kennedy Middle School are putting new tools—and their creativity—to work!

Earlier this year, LSFEE awarded a grant to the KMS Art Department to purchase tracing/light boards and a storage/charging cart for the art room. Now, 8th-grade students are among the first to put them to use as they work on a pointillism project—and they LOVE them! 🎨✨

Art teacher Courtney Dmochowski shared:

“Thank you for always supporting the arts!”

These photos are a perfect example of what happens when our community invests in education. Your donations become classroom resources, hands-on learning experiences, and new opportunities for Lake Shore students.

❤️Every contribution to LSFEE helps us continue funding innovative projects and classroom resources throughout Lake Shore Public Schools.

👉 Consider making a donation and helping us fund the next great idea for our students!

❤️🤍 BEHIND THE SCENES WITH LSFEE! 🤍❤️

Great things for our students start right here—with people willing to give their time, ideas, and energy to make them happen!

The Lake Shore Foundation for Educational Excellence (LSFEE) is already hard at work planning fundraisers and opportunities for the 2026–27 school year. Every event, raffle, fundraiser, and donation has a bigger purpose: supporting students and educators throughout Lake Shore Public Schools. 📚✨

Funds raised by LSFEE help provide classroom grants, educational resources, innovative projects, enrichment opportunities, and experiences that enhance learning across our district.

And none of it happens without the support of our amazing Lake Shore community! ❤️

As we plan another exciting year, we invite you to be part of the impact. Whether you attend an event, participate in a fundraiser, become a sponsor, or make a donation, you are helping us invest in our Shorians!
