Happy summer everyone! We are getting ready and prepared for the Fall semester! If you guys are still interested in being in the Exercise Science Club, sign back up on InvolveU through your student portal. We have a great semester ahead of us! For those of you that have graduated but still would like to be involved, keep in touch and watch the page for any future events that you could attend.

Happy March! We have a fun competition starting on campus today which is also helping out a great cause! All you have to do is donate new or old shoes. You can turn in the shoes with your resident hall staff, LSGA meetings, and or the Student Involvement center in Evans. Do some early Spring cleaning and donate some shoes!

Today, February 15th, There will be an organization fair on the second floor of Evans. It is a great way to get involved on campus!! Come see all the clubs involved with the health science department. The exercise science club will have a table from 12-1. Come and check it out!!!

Heyoo!!! I hope everyone is enjoying their semester so far! February is Heart Health month. There are many activities taking place on campus that you could take part in and spread awareness. There is going to be a blood drive on the 13th and 14th of February. Those who participate will help a great cause and also gain some points for the club. For other events check out the page!!! GO RED!!!!!

Hey guys! You should all come out to our National Health Week events all over campus this week!

We are having a Merry Fitness Fun Run on Dec. 4 at 4 p.m. around old campus at Lindenwood University, and everyone is welcome to join in this fun Christmas-themed event!

The Merry Fitness Fun Run will be an about 1 mile fun run with several fun activity stations in between, all fitness and Christmas-related. Santa hats, running shirts, and jingle bells are just a couple of things that will be provided. Hot chocolate and s'mores will be available afterward, as well.

We are excited to share our Christmas spirit before winter break and to help students release their finals study stress through physical activity, so come join us for the Merry Fitness Fun Run!
