JMS had a great first few days of preschool. These kids are so funny and ready to learn! So far they have already learned school related vocabulary and self-advocacy skills. They've had so much fun in preschool and know they are going to have a great year!

These are our friends at the deaf school on the Ogden campus!

The students in the ASL Preschool at Kenneth Burdett School in Ogden have been busy, busy, busy! They made cake waffles for STEM, worked on writing skills, had fun lessons from the ASL specialist Leanna Gale, and had a special visit from the school principal and director, Martin Price. Martin, who is also deaf, will be reading stories to them every Thursday morning. They are excited for school to be back in session. Some students are sad when the school day is over. It will be a great year of language growth and many new memories.

Miss Lori's LSL Preschool class is learning about the weather. Today they role played being parts of the weather. We have the sun, rain, clouds, thunder and lightning. It's crazy in the spring time!
