This notification is just a friendly reminder that on Monday March 2nd, 2026, from 5pm-9pm there will be a Mobile Fundraiser for any Chick-Fil-A lovers. The steps to participate are very simple.

Step 1: Download Chick-Fil-A app.
Step 2: Make your food selection
Step 3: Please make sure before checkout, apply the promo code "MOP26"
Step 4: Enjoy your dinner.
Flyers will get sent home, so please check student's backpacks.

On Friday, February 13th students in grades 3-5 attended a "Book your Vacation" event where students could pick out a donated book to read over February break. Students loved being able to pick out a book! 📖

Pottenger Elementary school held a Bingo for Books event for students in PreK-2. Students and their families were invited to attend and at the end these students also got to pick out a donated book to promote reading over February break! 📚

On Friday February 6th, Pottenger students that had 95% or higher attendance for the months of December and January were invited to an Ice Cream Social. Over 200 students and their families were invited to the event. Raffle baskets were donated by the Springfield Thunderbirds and the District Attendance Office. Pottenger would like to give a big thank you to Sweetlife and BJ’s for donating. We would also like to thank our District Attendance officer Garvin for stopping by! We are so proud of our Pottenger Panther family.🍦

Tomorrow, Friday, February 6th is our Ice Cream Social for students with Awesome Attendance!!!

On Friday, The Pottenger Panthers played their very first basketball game of the season against the Walsh Cheetahs! It was a night of school spirit and excellent sportsmanship. Thank you to all the families that came out to support their student athletes- we couldn't do this without you!

A huge shout out to The Springfield Elementary Basketball League for making this possible! On the court, in the classroom we rise together!
