Fritz Klein as Abraham Lincoln

Recent performance of Lincoln's Peoria speech at the wonderful Peoria Riverfront Museum.

"I saw Fritz Klein perform today at Mount Rushmore. Two things stood out for me.

First and foremost is that I believe he has captured Lincoln completely. Listening to Mr. Klein deliver Lincoln' speeches, I believed that it was the president himself rather than a the actor. I was moved by the performance.

Second, I have many books and thousands of pages about Lincoln and the period between 1840 and 1870. in less than an hour, Mr. Klein has captured and easily presented very succinctly the key issues of that period. Many authors have tried, some have failed, some succeeded, but all others took hundreds of pages in their explanations.

Mr. Klein, keep up the great work! I hope to see your performance again sometime."
